Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of the SocialUpload desktop application. By using the application, the operator agrees to these Terms and to the rules of each connected platform.

Authorized use

The operator may connect only accounts they own or are authorized to manage. The operator is responsible for the videos, captions, schedules, and other content submitted through SocialUpload.

Platform rules

Use of TikTok, Instagram, Google Drive, and other connected services remains subject to those services' terms, policies, technical limits, and review requirements. SocialUpload must not be used to evade platform safeguards or publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or unauthorized material.

Availability

Publishing depends on the computer, internet connection, authorization status, and availability of third-party services. Scheduled actions may not run while the desktop application or computer is closed. No uninterrupted or error-free operation is guaranteed.

Account access

The operator may revoke platform authorization at any time through the relevant platform account settings. Access tokens must be kept confidential and must not be shared publicly.

The application is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, the operator accepts responsibility for reviewing content and confirming that each publishing action complies with applicable laws, rights, and platform policies.

Changes

These Terms may be updated to reflect functional, legal, or platform changes. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
